The question being: "Shall HCS CSSSSB 94(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSSSB 94(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 30 NAYS: 9 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Brice, Cissna, Coghill, Cowdery, Davies, Davis, Dyson, Green, Grussendorf, Halcro, Harris, James, Joule, Kapsner, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Mulder, Murkowski, Ogan, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Sanders, Smalley, Therriault, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Berkowitz, Bunde, Croft, Foster, Hudson, Kemplen, Kerttula, Morgan, Moses Absent: Masek And so, HCS CSSSSB 94(FIN) passed the House. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on HCS CSSSSB 94(FIN), and the reconsideration was taken up later.
